COOK v. EFUSJON, et al
The Law Offices of Alexander M. Schack and myself have teamed up together to file a class action lawsuit against efusjon, a purported network marketing business. Cook v. Efusjon, et al is a case about a class of victims seeking to end the fraudulent marketing tactics employed by efusjon. In a purported network marketing business, efusjon sells and markets its line of energy drinks through distributors. The official page for information about the lawsuit is at: www.classvefusjon.com. There, you’ll find key documents and updates about the case. We’ve also launched a class v efusjon facebook page where you can easily follow and receive updates in your news feed. If you have information about efusjon you’d like to pass along, feel free to visit the classvefusjon site and click the link “Information Request.”
As I’ve stated in the past, the only way for the network marketing to correct its damaged reputation is for the industry to get serious and weed out the egregious violators. Companies like efusjon run through countless victims and create generations of consumers with bad experiences in the industry.

Please keep me updated on this lawsuit. I am a former attorney and I am heavy involved in a new social business network marketing platform called hellohello.net.

This case has not yet been served to Efusjon so at this point it is just a speculative case. What it comes down to is that the plaintiff had was disgruntled and had some personal issues with a corporate staff member and decided to make a campaign against the company with the intention of damaging their reputation. This is nothing more than a frivilous attempt to discredit Efusjon. It is meant to make a bunch of noise and that is it.
If you actually read the accusations contained in the document (which again has not been served), you will find some statements that clearly apply to all mlm companies. This is the reason this “threat of a lawsuit” is angering many people in other MLM companies, not directly associated with Efusjon. If this case were to go to court and won (which won’t happen) then that would cause a domino effect of class suits against all MLM companies. Read the document for yourself and see what I mean. All it did for me was provide a little comedic relief…what’s even more funny is that this is being taken seriously by people.
If this case were to actually be served to Efusjon and go to court, they will be up against a GIANT of a legal team…the same team that represents companies like Facebook and Toyota (the just won a massive case for Toyota). Believe me, you do not want to mess with these guys.
Nope…this is just smoke and mirrors and people will see through it if they don’t already.

Ever stop to think that this is the case because most MLM companies are suspect?

You’re right. The entire mlm industry should be taken out because how dare this industry try to help the average citizen create a better financial future for themselves, their friends and their family…lol.
I guess we should all go back to depending on the banking system to finance and build our “traditional businesses.” Have you not been reading the news that the “mom and pop” businesses are being hit hard during this recession, but the network marketing industry actually grew through the recession?
It is a fact that this industry has created more wealth for American citizens over the last 50 years then any other industry. Is it such a crime to share a great product with someone and get rewarded for doing so? I guess we should just stick to spending billions in advertising and let a few corporate execs hoard the cash then attempt to share that advertising wealth with the people who deserve it…the consumers who share through word of mouth.
Yep…network marketing sure is suspect–suspect of attempting to create more equality and equity when it comes to the average standard of living. Don’t try to kill the dream just because you weren’t willing to put in the work that’s required to build this business.

Take it easy, Jordan. No need for personal attacks. Like you, I’m a supporter of the industry. It’s a great industry. There’s nothing wrong with people representing great brands, making sales and changing their circumstances. With respect to efusjon, it’s simply not the case.

I didn’t mean for it to look like I was formulating a personal attack by my arguments…because I wasn’t. Sorry if it was taken that way. I guess we’ll just have to agree to disagree.
I believe Efusjon has the best energy drink in the industry and that is why I joined the business. This is a highly marketable drink and one that is in high demand. I have lots of plans to retail this product along-side finding people to join the opportunity.
In my discussions with my team members, they too are very excited about the retail portion of this business. The policies and procedures state that associates can set the retail price to whatever they desire beyond the suggested retail price, so there remains good profit to be made selling retail. Also they are introducing a bulk ordering program, making it even easier to make money selling the drink retail.
I am hearing official statements will be released by Efusjon very shortly to distributors regarding this issue. I am passionate about the Efusjon product and opportunity, and again apologize if my zeal overstepped any bounds.

I wish you the best, Jordan. I sincerely hope efusjon takes measures to incentivize selling.
